This guide will walk you through how to subscribe your staff to Notifications within Consent2Go
Notifications ensure that the appropriate staff are notified when a selected action occurs.
Subscribing to Notifications:
Follow the steps below to set up notifications for your staff
1. Click the Arrow to the right of the Staff Tab in the LEFT HAND menu.
2. Select System Users.
3. Using the search bar identify the required staff member to subscribe to the notifications
4. To access user’s Notifications:
- Click Notifications next to the user.
- Click Subscribe on the required Notification.
- Click Save.
5. Alternatively, to unsubscribe follow the same process but unsubscribe staff from notifications no longer required.
