Notifications Overview

This article will provide an overview of the Notifications feature in Consent2Go

Introduction

Consent2Go has a Notifications feature that can be utilised to advise key staff members of changes within the system. 

There are a variety of notification types, such as:

• Student Medical Changes
• Student Detail Changes
• Event Based Notifications

A full list of the available options, can be found in the Notifications tab:

Subscribing Staff to Notifications

Users can be subscribed by navigating to Staff > System Users then search for the individual and click Notifications next to their name.

This will open the list of notifications, and allow you to select those relevant for the staff member. Clicking Subscribe then Save will assign this to the staff.

Below is a table of suggestion notifications to subscribe certain staff or teams.
