This article will provide an overview of the training options for staff using Consent2Go
Introduction
There are three training session available within Consent2Go (outlined below). These can be hosted online via Teams with our Support & Onboarding teams, and do not incur any costs to the school.
To arrange a training session, please contact our team by emailing - support@consent2go.com. Please outline the desired session, and available times.
In addition to training sessions, we have a variety of pre-recorded training and a self-paced event module available within our Helpdesk.
Event Training
These sessions are useful for event organisers (i.e. Teaching staff) who organise and supervise events with students. This session covers:
- Event Overview
- Proposal Stage
- Planning Stage
- Sending Invitations, and Managing Consents
Time: Approx. 1 hour
Administration Training
This session is aimed at front office administration staff who manage parent enquiries, take payments and manage student data updates. The session covers:
- Finding a student, sending out a profile update to get updated data from parents
- Sending bulk profile updates to whole school
- Finding an event for a student
- Managing verbal consents
- Communication log – finding any unsuccessful communication and how to fix it
- Data sync back to School Admin System
- Resending staff passwords if applicable
Time: Approx. 1 hour
System Administration Training
This session looks at the system set up and customisation for the school. This is aimed at MCS, BSO or Executive Assistant, Marketing/Media, OHS or finance staff and covers:
- School customisation settings (logos, colour themes, default text)
- Payment settings if applicable
- System User roles and adding specific additional user privileges
- Setting Profile Update questions for parents
- Risk Management features
- External Providers
Time: Approx. 1.5 hours
Q&A Session
In addition to structured training sessions, we also offer Question and Answer meetings that allow participants to ask questions regarding the areas of the system they would like clarification on or further support with. This is led by the participant, and is tailored to suit their needs.
Time: 30 mins to 1.5 hour
