How do I reset my password?

This guide will walk you through how to reset your password for Consent2Go

To begin the process of resetting your password, please navigate to the login page by clicking here.

Once there, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your email address and press 'Next'
2. Click 'Reset Password' below the sign in button
3. Confirm the email and click 'Send Code'
4. Check your inbox and/or junk folder to find an email sent from admin@mcbschools.com
5. Take the 6-digit password reset code and return to the login page
6. Enter the code and a new password and select 'Submit'

This will redirect you back to the login page, where you can sign in as usual using the new password.

Note: If you do not receive the email with the verification code, please contact your School's designated Consent2Go Administrator, or the Consent2Go Support Team for further assistance.
