How do I modify what questions are asked of parents in the Profile Update?

Modified on Tue, 07 Dec 2021 at 03:25 PM

When completing the profile update, parents are asked a range of questions that provide the school with a detailed picture of the student profile. However, we understand that some questions may not be required for some schools, and as a result, some questions can be removed from the profile update for your school.

Follow these steps to change the statement wording:

  1. Click the cogwheel in the top right of your screen
  2. Click System Settings
  3. Click the System Parameters tab. Scroll to the bottom of this page to view the heading “Student Profile Questions”. Listed here are all the questions asked in the profile update which can be turned on or off by the school.
  4. Click the green toggle button to the right of the question to switch it on or off.

If the toggle is green, the question will be asked of parents; if the toggle is grey, the question will not be asked of parents.

If the question is greyed out and you cannot change the toggle setting, please contact Consent2Go Support Team to enquire about additional configurations before adding this question to the profile update.

If you are looking to modify any of the text within the profile update, follow these steps:

  1. Click the cogwheel in the top right of your screen
  2. Click School Settings
  3. Select Registration

If the box is empty, this means the question is not included within the profile update.

Any issues with the Registration changes, please contact the Consent2Go Support Team to help assist you with this.
