Profile Updates are a core function of Consent2Go as they allow schools to obtain the most up to date and accurate information from parents and guardians. For a guide on how to send and view profile updates, or what they look like from a parent’s view – please see our guides:
'Profile Updates Overview for Staff' & 'Parent's View of Profile Updates'.
Personalising the Appearance:
To personalise the appearance of a student profile update. Navigate to the cogwheel, then select the School Settings tab. From here, click ‘Colour Themes’.
From this tab, you can alter the colour scheme used for your school’s profile update. It will display an example for review as you find the best options to suit your schools branding.
You can change many of the styling aspects such as:
- The Header & Progress bar
- Button & Checkbox
- Text colour, fonts, and sizes
We recommend you take the time to explore these options and personalise your profile updates to your school.
Altering the Text:
To view and alter the text used in your profile updates, navigate to the cogwheel, then select the School Settings tab. From here, click ‘Registration’.
From here, you can review the wording used in different sections of the profile updates. This will be prefilled in the onboarding process but are able to be fully customised to suit your school.
Setting up the Questions:
There is a variety of questions that can be asked through a student profile update. Some of these are pre-set in the Onboarding phase but can be toggled on or off as required by the school. To view these questions, navigate to the cog wheel, then select ‘System Settings’ then ‘System Parameters’, once there scroll down to view the list of questions.
If you would like any questions in these sections turned on or off, please contact our friendly support staff for help.
These questions can be switched on or off as required.
We hope this guide helped with your enquiry.
