When you have been assigned as a Supervisor for an event (in Planning> Staff) you will be able to see your event 3 days before, and 1 day following the event. 


If you are the Organiser of the event, you will not be able to see the event unless you have been added as a Supervisor (in Planning> Staff).


If your event is a multi-date, an Activity must be entered (in PlanningActivities and Transport) for each date that this event takes place or your event will not be visible on the app for the entirety of the event.


If you are unable to view your event as a supervisor and on the 3 days before, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Under the events option, drag your finger from top to bottom allowing for the app to load the events.
  2. If you are still experiencing issues after this, reinstall the app or alternatively try clearing the app's cache.
  3. Ensure you have installed the latest updates for your phone.


If you are still unable to view events, please raise a ticket with our Support team detailing the model of your phone and the version it is on.
