This article discusses the reasons why you may not be able to view your event within the Staff App
*If you have checked ALL of the below, and are still unable to view your event - please contact our friendly support staff for assistance.*
Reasons an Event is not visible within the Staff App:
- An event is not visible within the app until 3 days before the event date, and 1 day after the event has finished. If you are viewing the app outside this time frame, the event will not be visible.
- An event is only visible to staff members included in the Staffing and Supervision tile within the events plan. If you are the event organiser or 'Teacher in Charge' you must still be added within the Supervisory Team to view the event within the app.
- A multi-date event must have an activity entered for each date that the event takes place, otherwise it will not be visible on the app for the entirety of the event.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you are unable to view your event as a supervisor and on the 3 days before, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Under the events option, drag your finger from top to bottom allowing for the app to load the events.
- If you are still experiencing issues after this, reinstall the app or alternatively try clearing the app's cache.
- Ensure you have installed the latest updates for your phone.
