This article will discuss the following functions of the 'School Settings' tab:

Finding the 'School Settings' Tab

To locate the 'School Settings' tab, navigate to the cogwheel at the top right of the screen, then select the tab.

'Settings' Tab

From this tab you can view and edit the following information for your school

• School Name
• Key Staff
• Address
• Contact Number
• Timezone
• Website address
• The images used on your Consent2Go page
  These images can be changed at any time to suit your branding or personalisation requirements

'School Page' Tab

This tab allows you to alter the text that appears on your Consent2Go homepage. It allows you to edit your school’s description and add any news you would like your staff to see when they open the system.

'Registration' Tab

This tab is where you can go to adjust some of the communication options that Consent2Go uses. For example, the ‘Student Profile Update Email Note’ is what displays when you issue a Profile Update. If the pre-set wording doesn’t suit your school, you can alter this at any time.

'Colour Themes' Tab

This tab has two sections, Parent Communication Theme & Admin Theme.
Parent Communication Theme allows you to alter colours of the emails sent to parents via Consent2Go. This can be fully customised to suit your school’s branding and shows an example of the changes you make before you save.

Admin Theme changes the colour of the Consent2Go page. There are a few options for you to choose from, so experiment by selecting the buttons and find the option that suits your school.

'Games Formation' Tab

This tab is for school's that utilise the teams function of Consent2Go. It can be used to add new formations for the teams within your school and assign a certain number of players.

'Payment Details' Tab

This tab can be used to set up payment portals for your school to use through Consent2Go. 

Please note Consent2Go does not hold any payments, and simply acts as a gateway for payments to be made for events if required.
