How to Send Payment Reminders for an Event

This article will provide instructions on how to send a reminders to those that have not yet paid for an event

Sending a Payment Reminder

To send a payment reminder, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your event and go to the 5. Attendance tab
  2. From here, select "Message" and choose "Send Reminder" from the options
  3. A pop-up will display, select "Send payment reminder to all students that have not yet paid" and click confirm when ready.
