Events Demonstration - Parents to Provide Transport

This article will demonstrate how to set up an event so that parent's can provide transport.

Setting it up in the Event Plan 

Within the Settings tile of the planning phase, there is the question ‘Is the School Providing Transport?’ If yes is selected, another option will appear for ‘Are Parents/Guardians allowed to provide transport for their children’? Answering yes for this question, will give the guardians the option to opt into transporting their child. 

Invitation View 

When the parent receives their invitation they are given the ability to select yes or no to providing transport.

Staff View 

If a guardian answers yes to this question, it will generate a white car icon on the student’s record within the event. This is to indicate ‘Parent Transport’
