This article will provide an overview of the staff profiles within Consent2Go
Introduction
When a staff member is added to Consent2Go as a System User, a profile is created for them. This profile has the ability to capture the below details for staff:
- Name, Contact Details & Address
- A Photo
- Emergency Contacts
- Qualifications - WWCC, Drivers License and FirstAid
- and Staff Documents
These profiles are visible via the Staff tab.
How to Edit Staff Profiles
Navigate to the Staff tab, and locate the relevant staff member using the search bar. Select "Actions" and "Edit" to open the profile for editing.
From this view, you can change the information as needed.
Ensure you select Save at the bottom of the page to retain any changes.
Important Note
Staff profiles are not confidential. If a system user has access to the Staff tab, they are able to see all staff profiles within the system. Please take this into consideration before adding any sensitive information here.
