1. Click Events on the left menu.

2. Click Planning on the desired event.


Location:


If no address appears, click Add Location or to edit, click the edit button.


  1. A pop-up will appear. Complete the information.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Select Location Complete when complete.

Accommodation:


  1. Click the edit button.
  2. A pop-up will appear. Complete the requested information. Accommodation and Accommodation Address is enabled with Google Lookup.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Check Accommodation Complete when complete.

Activity and Transport:


  1. Click Add Activity.
  2. A pop-up will appear.  Complete the requested information.  Selected activities will appear as "High Risk Activity".
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. If using an External Provider, click Yes here.  This will populate information further on in the process.
  5. "Specific equipment is required for this activity" refers to specialist equipment which needs to be checked for safety.
  6. Click Add Transport.
  7. A pop-up will appear. Complete the requested information. Required information changes as per transport type selected.
  8. Click the Save button.
  9. Check Activity Complete when complete.

This is a summary of Location, Accommodation and Activity. Approvers use this as a reference.
