School Settings - Emergency Medical Treatment Question

Modified on Tue, 7 Dec, 2021 at 4:39 PM

The emergency medical treatment question is asked of parents during the profile update. By default, it is a statement that is required and authorises the provision of emergency medical treatment for their child while under the school's care. The emergency medical treatment question cannot be unticked.

Some schools have a preferred emergency medical treatment question that they would like to use in Consent2Go.

Follow these steps change the statement wording:

  1. Click the cogwheel in the top right of your screen.
  2. Click School Settings.
  3. Click the Registration tab. Here you can view and edit the wording for various aspects of Consent2Go. The fifth heading down on the page should be “Student Profile Emergency Medical Authorised Text”; this is the emergency medical treatment question.
  4. Delete the current wording.
  5. Enter your preferred text, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save.

You are not able to remove the emergency medical treatment question from the profile update. Please contact Consent2Go Support Team for further assistance.
