Why does my child have an incorrect medical condition listed?

When Consent2Go is installed at your child’s school, selected student information is uploaded into Consent2Go to help make it easier for the parent/guardians to complete the profile update. Often this will include medical information.


If you find a medical condition attached to your child’s student profile that is incorrect or no longer valid, it is likely that the school already had this information on record for your child. Please use the student profile update to provide the most up to date information to the school, or contact the school directly for further guidance.
