On page 3 of the profile update and any excursion invitation, you can edit the medical records for your child. If you feel that any of the medical conditions listed are no longer valid or it is no longer applicable for the school to be aware of it as part of their duty of care, you can delete them from your child’s student profile.
To do this:
- Find the condition you wish to delete.
- Click on the name of the medical condition. This will drop down a box containing information about the condition.
- Click the red Remove button that is on the top right of the box.
- Your web browser will ask you to confirm you want to delete, select Yes.
- The medical condition should now be removed.
If the medical condition is not removed from your child’s student profile, please contact the Consent2Go support team for further assistance.
