Do I have to upload a document for my child’s medical condition?

Modified on Thu, 21 May, 2020 at 3:01 PM

Some schools require documentation to be uploaded for certain medical conditions before the condition can be saved. Some common medical conditions to have a mandatory document upload are anaphylaxis, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, etc.. The document required is often an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) or any kind of medical response plan.

In these cases, it is not possible to save the medical condition without uploading the relevant documentation. If you would like to save the medical condition for your child and notify the school of the information, but do not have a document to upload, please contact the school directly to enquire about the best course of action.
