Can I update my details, even though the school has not sent me a profile update invitation?

If you or your child’s details have changed recently, it is best to notify the school of the adjustment. To do this when the school has not sent you a profile update invitation, please access a link that is specific to your school. This link is in the following format:

                www.mcbschools/[*inputschoolnamehere*]/studentupdate

If you do not know the link for your school, please contact the Consent2Go Support Team for more information.

Paste the link into a browser and if correct, you will see the name and logo of your school; ensure it is the correct school that your child attends. In the available box, enter your email address and click “Send Update Link”. If the email you entered is recognised as valid and recorded against your child’s student profile, you will be sent a new profile update link via email. You will have 12 hours to use the link.

If you do not receive an email after some time, please contact the school to confirm they have the correct email address recorded against your child’s student profile.
