The agreement with Consent2Go is for the use by the school for the period of the agreement. All data regarding students no longer attending the school will be dealt with by the existing school policy regarding the removal of data. Consent2Go is bound by the agreement and does not use this information for any purpose other than what the school has requested.
The data about the student belongs to the individual or their Guardian, the data regarding the excursion belongs to the school.
