How to Manually Record Payments in an Event

This article will provide instructions on how to mark a student as paid within an event.


Setting a Student as Paid

If a parent/guardian pays for an event outside the event invitation, follow the steps below to reflect this within Consent2Go:

1. On the left menu, click 'Events'.

2. Click on the desired event title. You will be taken to '5. Attendance' tab.

4. Click on '$' on required student (parent must have already given consent).


5. Enter receipt/payment details.


6. Click 'Submit' and when page is refreshed, '$' will change to white to represent Paid.
