FAQ - What do the symbols mean on a student's invitation?

This article will provide details about each of the icons that may appear on a students tile in the 5. Attendance tab of an active event

Introduction

When invitations are sent for an event, the students will each have a tile created in the 5. Attendance tab of the event management phase. This tile has a variety of colour codes, or symbols that may appear.

Tile Colours - Responses    

The tile itself will change colour depending on the status of the invitation:

Envelope Colours - Email Status

Envelope icons may appear on the students tile, the colour will change depending on the status of the email sent:

Medical Bag Colours - Condition Severity

Medical Bag icons may appear on the students tile, the colour will change depending on the highest severity medical condition on their profile:

Dollar Symbol Colours - Payment Status

If parents are required to make a payment for your event, the colour of the dollar symbol on the students tile will indicate the payment status:
