This article outlines the different aspects of the medication authority form feature within Consent2Go.
Introduction
With this feature enabled, parent’s are presented with a field to upload a single file that contains all medication details for their child, as required by the school. This then uploads to the student’s profile, and becomes available within events and through the staff app.
Parent View
Located in the “Medical Condition” stage of a profile update or event invitation, a field becomes available for parents to upload their Medication Authority Document.
They are also prompted with a template that the school can upload for parents to use.
Staff View
This document becomes available for staff to view in a number of places, including the Staff App. It also shows under the Documents tab of their record:
Notification
There is a notification tied to this feature, that sends an email each time a new document is uploaded for a student’s medical condition.
