Feature - Student Timeline

This article will discuss the Student Timeline feature

Timeline Overview

The Student Timeline shows all changes made on a students profile, by both staff and parents. It also provides a list of all invitations sent to the student.

The Timeline can be filtered by date, or by update type:

For any changes, it will show:

• the previous vs the new value of the field updated
• the date and time the change as made
• who made the change

The below example demonstrates the Parent 1 updating their student's Photo Permissions within Consent2Go:

Looking at this, we can see when this was done, which parent made the change, and that they have changed the permission from False to True.

How to Open the Timeline    

Locate the student within the student tab, and select Actions to the right of their record. This will display the Timeline tab.

Alternatively, if you are in the edit view of a record, click the Timeline button.
