Dashboard Overview

This article will provide an overview of the Dashboard feature

Introduction

Located under the Administration tab, the dashboard provides an overview of key aspects of student data management, including: 

• Photo Permissions
• Medical Documents
• Medication Expirations
• Medication Plans

Overview Status

Each Overview window displays the status of student information, at various stages.

Each of these is a hypertext link, that, when clicked, will reveal which students the status refers to.  

The expanded view allows administration staff access to send Profile Updates just for those students. Standard text is supplied, but staff may wish to add a sentence, prompting parents to provide new medication as well as update details.
