Events - RSVP date has passed

This article will provide you with a guide on how to change the RSVP date of an active event

Overview:

If a parent or guardian needs to give consent for their child to attend an event, but the RSVP date has passed, this can be changed to allow the consent to be given.

Changing the RSVP Date:

Follow the steps below to change the date for an event RSVP:

1. Select the 'Events' tab in the left-hand menu:
   
   
2.  Click on the event from the list. This will open the 5. Attendance tab
3. From here, select 1. Excursion 
   
   
4. Scroll down to the RSVP date section, and change it to a future date (even one day in the future will allow parents/guardians to respond to invites).
   
5. Then scroll down to the bottom, and click 'Save' at the bottom right
   

Once completed, the parents/guardians will be able to respond to invites as per usual. If they are still having issues, you are able to send them a new invite link.
