How to Respond to an Invitation on Behalf of a Parent

This article will provide instructions on responding to an event invite on behalf of a parent

Manually Marking Attendance

Follow the steps below to set a student to "Attending" on behalf of a parent:

  1. Open your event, and go to the 5. Attendance tab
  2. From here, select the relevant student's tile
  3. Click "Invitation Actions" and choose "Approve as Attending"
  4. Enter a comment with the parent's details, and time/date of the communication, then select "Confirm".

The student will then appear as attending, with their name in italics. Hovering over their tile will show your comment.
