This article will provide instructions on responding to an event invite on behalf of a parent
*Please note, if these options do not appear for you - you may not have permission to send invites. Please contact your admin support team for assistance with this*
Manually Marking Attendance
Follow the steps below to set a student to "Attending" on behalf of a parent:
- Open your event, and go to the 5. Attendance tab
- From here, select the relevant student's tile
- Click "Invitation Actions" and choose "Approve as Attending"
- Enter a comment with the parent's details, and time/date of the communication, then select "Confirm".
The student will then appear as attending, with their name in italics. Hovering over their tile will show your comment.
