Changing the RSVP Date

If a parent or guardian needs to give consent for their child to attend an event, but the RSVP date has passed, this can be changed to allow the consent to be given.

To action this, follow the steps below:

1. Open your event, and go to the 1. Excursion/Event tab
   
2. Scroll down to the RSVP date section, and change it to a future date (even one day in the future will allow parents/guardians to respond to invites).
   
3. Click save at the bottom of the page to apply the change:
