This article will provide you with an overview of the different ways to manage the students invited to your event

Viewing the Attendance Panel:

Follow the steps below to navigate to the Attendance section within an event:

  1. Select the 'Events' tab:
  2. Click on the event you'd like to manage
This will open the '5. Attendance' tab.

Functions of the Attendance tab

From the attendance tab you will be able to do the following:
  1. Send Invites & Resend invites to individual students
  2. Monitor consent responses (no response, attending, not attending & no invites sent)
  3. Cancel invites
  4. Manually mark attendance
  5. Download consent forms
  6. Issue reminders
  7. Send messages

Viewing Consent Responses:

You will see a list of all students invited to the event, and they will be colour coded depending on the response their parent/guardian has given.

Managing Individual Students:

By selecting the student's tile, you will see the following pop-up display, which allows you to see and do a variety of things:

Invitation Actions and what they do:

1. "Parent Name" Attending/Not Attending allows for staff to respond as the parent, which can also assist if there are any issues with the parents invitation link.

2. Approve as Attending lets staff mark the student as attending the event, with a comment box to note any further information required.

3. No Response clears the response of what was previously provided, for example if the student was marked as not attending, it will clear it back to no response.

4. Cancel Invitation will strikethrough the students name, put them at the bottom of the list and their link to the invitation will be invalid. You can undo this by selecting No Response.
