Why can’t I submit my profile update?

The most likely reason why you cannot submit the profile update is that one or more pieces of required information are filled in incorrectly or missing. Please see any of the following for specific instructions:

If you have reached page 4 of the profile update successfully, tick the statement that reads: “I have provided [school name] with the current contact details and health status of [student name]. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform [school name] of any changes at all times.”. Look over the summary of your child’s student profile to confirm all information is correct, and then click Submit at the bottom of the page to save your changes. You should be presented with a message that reads: “Information update has successfully been completed”. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox soon after you submit.

If you are unable to submit after following these directions or do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Consent2Go Support Team for further assistance.
