Error: Student has links in use

If you receive the above error message, that means the student you are attempting to delete is active somewhere in the system. This may be in a current event, team or student group.

To view the student's active links, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Student list, select the green arrow beside the students name to cause their profile to drop down:

  2. From the first page of the profile, you can view both the Teams & Student Groups. If there are any listed here, navigate to that section of the system and remove the student from the relevant team/group: A screenshot of a computer

  3. To view if the student has an active event invitation, select the 'Events' tab of the profile. If there are any listed here that are in the future, navigate to the relevant event and cancel the students invitation: A screenshot of a computer
