I didn’t receive a verification code when changing my email address, what do I do?

When updating your email address via the profile update, a verification code is sent to the new email address you have entered. Please confirm you have typed the new address correctly and ensure the inbox is valid, and you have access to it.

If the verification code has not arrived after a couple of minutes, please refresh the email inbox, and check your junk/trash folders for the email.


Return to the profile update page if you still do not receive the code. At the bottom of the pop-up that appeared a statement reads: “Didn't receive the code? Re-send code”. Click on Re-send code. Then refresh your inbox and check your junk/trash folders again.


If you are still not able to get the verification code to the new email address, please contact the Consent2Go Support Team for further assistance.
