What can I do when the verification code doesn’t work?

As you input the code into the pop-up on the profile update page, double-check to make sure that it matches the code sent to you in the verification email.


If the code still creates an error when you click Verify, refer down to the statement that reads: “Didn't receive the code? Re-send code”. Click on Re-send code. Enter the latest code into the pop-up on the profile update page within one hour of the email being sent to you.

If the code fails again, please contact the Consent2Go Support Team for further assistance.
